I apologize for the delay in getting this posted, but I wanted to think over the session a while before posting. Our first session was on 2017-09-06, so now I’ve had plenty of time to plan out what to write.

As promised, here are more pictures from GenCon as well as my experience playing Manor House Haunt on Sunday and a quick review of Crit Game’s New Player Kit and Condition Cards. Also, there are a couple of pictures and a video, if that’s what you are looking for.
Since receiving my review copy of the newly released "Dungeon Master’s Guide", I have been trying to digest all of its contents. The manual is well designed, but there is a lot of information.
First of all, I’d like to take the opportunity to thank Wizards of the Coast and 360PR for being kind enough to send me a review copy even though I haven’t posted anything on this blog in over a year. Secondly, this has to be the largest Monster Manual I’ve ever seen
There are many cases that I have witnessed in which a player’s or DM’s other areas of interests have slipped into a role-playing session or campaign. In many cases this can add to the story, the quirkiness, or just the overall fun of an adventure.
